It’s no secret that Bethenny Frankel recently relocated to Florida, with the TikTok superstar and perpetually online celebrity’s sale of her nearly $8 million Connecticut estate and purchase of a $1.7 million Miami condo being widely reported. What hasn’t yet been reported, however, is that real estate afficionado Frankel also just spent millions on a very contemporary mansion in her new home state.
Still, the extroverted Skinnygirl mogul—she routinely posts dozens of TikTok videos to her millions of followers discussing all manner of subjects each and every single week—couldn’t resist letting it slip that she had recently purchased a single-family home elsewhere in Florida “a ways away” from her condo. We poked around and discovered that the house in question, acquired by Frankel for $4.5 million just last month, lies in the affluent Boca Raton community, about an hour north of Miami Beach by car.

Built in 2022 by a local developer and last sold in 2023 for $4.2 million, the very Miami-esque house is all glossy white and very contemporary throughout, packing five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms into nearly 5,500 square feet of boxy living space. Luxury abounds within, where all five bedrooms feature their own ensuite bathrooms, soaring ceilings abound, and the state-of-the-art kitchen is perfect for hundreds of future TikTok videos, with its showpiece Wolf and Gaggenau appliances.

Frankel, ever the savvy businesswoman, scored a big discount on the property. Initially offered at $5.5 million, the blocky house languished on the market for nearly a full year before she came calling, negotiating a million-dollar discount off the original ask. The 54-year-old New York native paid cash for the home, records reveal.
Per the listing, the home’s other notable amenities include a private office, a so-called “club room”, and an upstairs primary suite with a spa-style bathroom, dual closets and a private balcony overlooking the backyard. And while the 9,000-square-foot isn’t exactly huge, it does feature a swimming pool encircled by a spacious patio, plus grassy lawns and tall perimeter hedges for privacy.

As for Frankel’s just-sold Greenwich home, the “Real Housewives of New York City” alum purchased that historic place about four years ago for $4.3 million and subsequently gave it a thorough remodel. Just sold to a mysterious LLC for $7.8 million, the 3-acre estate includes a mansion-sized and very elegant main house, plus a separate studio apartment, a two-bedroom guest cottage and detached garage/barn serviced by its own motorcourt.

And though Frankel is long gone from Connecticut, she still owns at least three expensive properties in her home state of New York. In addition to her longtime Bridgehampton “farm”—which was recently for sale at $5.2 million but has since been yanked off the market—Frankel recently paid about $5.5 million for another Hamptons home, this one a waterfront fixer-upper in the very desirable Southampton community. She also recently took another bite out of the Big Apple, forking over about $2 million for a small apartment in Manhattan’s Upper West Side neighborhood.
